-Support the Monitoring System for the costumers in Holland (main focus:monitoring all server by BMC Patrol Console or by using remote desktop applications). This daily check means to ensure the availability of the costumer’s server.
-Indicate in the incident ticket if the server down/inactive in an access system or report it in a tool for the costumer.
. - Reporting all the incidents to the engineer and make an analysis for the incident and support to the problem solving of the incident.
-Capable to discuss all issues with the engineer in Holland by using MSN messenger or by phone.
-Executed the priority of the incident and dispatched it to the related engineer in Holland
