• Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering / Electrical Engineering / IT / Computer Engineering / Civil from reputable university • Male / Female, maximum 38 years old • Have at least 3 years of data center / telecommunication /IT project management experience • Excellent project management skill (planning, execution and closing ) • Understand routers, servers, switches, data cable, fiber optic and Ethernet • Mastering project management software such as microsoft project s curve • Have the ability to analysis, problem solving and conflict management skill • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and leadership skills • Experienced as a team leader in large quantities • Having PMI certified and data center certified is preferable • Capable to develop full scale project plans and associated documents • Capable to manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders • Capable to manage budget project and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
