1. Recruiting and Hiring
Manage job advertisement
Schedule and organize interviews
Provide and give psychological profiling test
2. Developing and Training
Identify training and development opportunities
Provide support to develop the skills and capabilities
Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
3. Monitoring Performance
4. Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge in human resources management
- Good knowledge in performance review methods and techniques
- Good knowledge in staff training, development and recognition delegation
- Good knowledge in mentoring and coaching
- Good knowledge in IT programmer job activities
- Good skill in supervisory
- Good skill in speaking and written communications
- Proficient level in computer literate (Excel, MSWord, Power Point)
- Good skill in interviewing
