• Friendly, professional and great communicator.
• Superb customer service background with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Past experience in financial services or customer support / relationship.

Job Responsibilities: 

• A warm communicator with customers via phone, email, and chat. Work and communicate with the team to make sure all customers have a great experience at cermati indonesia
• Skilled at coordinating complex logistics during a customer’s most stressful moments. Professionally handle all incoming requests by gathering a customer’s information, assessing their needs, and directing them where applicable to the right resource for their need.
• A natural problem-solver who passionate about simplifying the financial shopping experience for customers.
• A go-getter focused on completing tasks efficiently with an attention to detail.
