My working experiences as a Supervisor of Administration at PT. Ramayana lestari Sentosa, Tbk (Retail Company) and as a Supervisor at PT. Bank Internasional Indonesia, Tbk for Human Resources Division improved my leadership skills, communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently environment.

Recently I have completed my Master Degree in management at Gunadarma University, graduating in 2004. Subjects which I have recently completed that are relevant to the post of human resources include General Management, Human Resources Management, Operations Management, Marketing and Strategic Management.

My final year project is entitled Measuring customer service satisfactions. Carrying out this project has improved my analytical skills and my ability to work with many figures.
