General description and responsibilities :
1. Monitoring availability and performance of network Internet, MPLS, Metro-e and Lease Line
2. Identification of possible network problems by proactively monitoring
3. Customer troubleshoots complain handling that related to IP/TDM network
4. Support company strategy to increase revenue, customer satisfaction and reduce number of complaints.
5. Support project for implementation and integration new customer
Requirements :
1. Education S1/D3 majoring IT or Electro
2. Fresh graduate are welcome
3. Having basic mobile IT knowledge
